King County jail roster and inmate lookup
Custody status can be checked on the King County Subject Lookup portal. For adults in custody, the lookup tool is run by the King County Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention.
Results show whether an adult is held and give their B/A number, which is the jail's booking number. Recent arrivals may not appear during intake, and you can call (206) 263-9595 for youth under age 18.

Mugshots: what the King County jail roster shows
Inmate names, photos, and arrest records never appear on County Jail Lookup, which is a directory. Check the King County Subject Lookup portal to view what the county makes public. The tool shows if an adult is in custody right now and provides the person's B/A booking number.
